Spicy Bubble Gum Habanero Popcorn

  • 4 cups popcorn popped
  • 2 Tbsp. Arizona Gunslinger Bubble Gum Habanero Pepper Sauce
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pink food coloring


  1. Start by popping fresh popcorn.   After its popped, spread evenly on a large baking sheet (about 4 cups).   Place in the oven at 200 degrees F to keep warm.
  2. In a medium pot, add Bubble Gum Habanero pepper sauce, sugar, butter, water, and light corn syrup.   Heat over medium heat while stirring until it comes to a boil.   Stop stirring and let boil for 5 more minutes. Turn off heat and stir in food coloring.  This is your candy coating.
  3. Remove popcorn from oven and place in a large bowl.  Pour candy coating over popcorn and stir in well.  Turnout coated popcorn onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.  Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at 250 degrees F.
  4. Remove from oven and break up into smaller pieces.  Fill into serving dishes and enjoy.
